Description

Fundo stocks are cooked extra long and therefore have a fuller, rich taste. Suitable for any diet, herbs according to your own taste. Ideal for preparing sauces, stews, risotto, soups, jellies.

Our stocks are ready to use: they can be further reduced and can be kept for at least 18 months thanks to sterilization. They contain no preservatives, colors or fragrances. They are also low in salt: less than 3 grams of salt per liter. Gluten free and suitable for a paleo diet.

Fundo stocks are available in the following varieties: chicken, brown beef stock, white veal stock, North Sea shrimp, vegetables, and game.
