La Chinata Paella KIT with 30cm Paella Pan. Instructions for use for Paella for 4 people (approximately): Add olive oil to the paella pan and heat. If you wish, you can add meat, fish, seafood or vegetables to taste at this point. Add approximately 300g of rice and add the contents of 1 sachet of “La Chinata” seasoning. Sauté for a few seconds. Add water or broth and adjust the salt. Boil until the rice is ready. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes and taste.
